those are some pretty ridiculous day's, n'est-ce pas?
On another note I'm noticing at gyms people throwing weights on the ground
since they're made out of rubber so they just hit and bounce around…but I was taught you need to be careful…you must place the weight back down…it builds strength in your back…this is an important issue?!?
