Today I bring you PART 3 of my INTO AN INTERVIEW with the Berkeley singer IDEA THE ARTIST, plus we'll hear from Madame Rootabega, Valentino, and Bison Bentley!  And do you gotta bounce?  Not if you're a comet lander.  News on that in the show.

My healthy eating class ended today.  All and all it was very informative and I met some really great people.  We had a pot luck on the last day of class which was very nice.  What wasn't so nice was seeing my BMI score.  According to what is normal, I am roughly 100 pounds heavier than I should be.  That is a long freakin' way to go.  I'm supposed to be between 160 and 180.  Well, if I ever make it there, I'll be having a big garage sale because nothing I have will fit me anymore.  I'll start making the signs.
